POSITION TITLE: Stock AssociateREPORTS TO: Store ManagerPURPOSE:Responsible for processing merchandise to Company standards and replenishing the sales floor. Responsible for backroom organization and maintenanceRESPONSIBILITIES:•Acknowledge all customers on the selling floor•Meet daily assignments established by store management•Process merchandise following Company standards and guidelines•Follow all established safety procedures and report any violations to store management•Assist in floor coverage as directed by store management•Size and replenish merchandise on the sales floor•Maintain backroom organization to Company standards•Initiate self-training using AEPC and all other training materials•Observe and monitor for loss prevention and advise management of any unusual internal or external activity•Receive and store merchandise in backroom•Maintain backroom presentation standards by maintaining and organizing stock•Perform other duties as assignedAUTHORITY:•Provide direction on backroom organization and sales floor replenishmentQUALIFICATIONS:•Minimum high school education or equivalent is desired, but not required•Minimum of six (6) months previous experience is desired, but not required
